What style of karate do we do?

Wado-Kai karate is a traditional, defensive style of karate and a martial art which focuses on technique and using the opponent's force and aggression against themselves. This means that you do not have to be physically strong to participate and the karate style is ideal for everyone, irrespective of age, fitness or sex.
